CBCC is led by Dr. Hani AlShami, a strategy executive and educator with more than 25 years of global experience.
Dr. AlShami has held senior roles across higher education, media, non-profit, and corporate sectors. His work integrates strategy formulation, organizational design, and people-centred change leadership in diverse, multicultural environments.
